Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) is one or more professionally facilitated group sessions that offer debriefing, processing, psychoeducation, coping tools, and connection following a crisis situation.
We’ll help your staff make sense of what they experienced, understand what they can expect to think and feel, and connect them to resources if needed.
One or two hour group sessions, held virtually or in person, immediately following (24-48 hours to 2 weeks) a crisis or traumatic event in the workplace
