Executive Functioning Support
Executive Functioning
Struggling with executive functioning might look like feelings of overwhelm, tendency to procrastinate or avoid tasks, difficulty with focus, and/or trouble staying organized, managing your time, and prioritizing. Please know that you are not lazy – you are likely managing overwhelm the best way you know how. Building these skills is like strengthening a muscle or starting a new practice. It takes time, repetition, patience, and the right guide to help you with the process.
Through collaborative, warm, and individualized coaching, we’ll work with you to identify your strengths and goals while building a safe relationship with you, getting to know the real you. We’ll then work to create systems that you can actually maintain to help make your life feel more efficient and less chaotic. We often work on the intersection of executive functioning struggles with anxiety, ADHD, shame, and relational challenges – offering not only easy to implement tools but also the understanding and foundation for lasting change.
